Dualer Bachelor of Arts “Sportbusiness Management” (m/w/d)
The Margarethenhof has been one of the most attractive golf courses in Germany since it opened in 1984. On the 18-hole golf course, the view opens up: over the gently sloping forests and hills to the famous Tegernsee, and even as far as Munich on a clear day. Extensive cart paths, water hazards, biotopes, well-tended fairways – the course is well cultivated, hilly and quite challenging. It is not for nothing that the golf club was accepted into the “World of Leading Golf” quality association in 2014.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification (Abitur), entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or equivalent qualification
- You see trust and respect as an important basis for successful work
- You find it easy to demonstrate your commitment and dedication on a daily basis
- Extreme discretion, excellent manners and loyalty to the employer are a matter of course for you
- You have an appropriate degree of flexibility – we expect this on the one hand, but you will also be given it yourself on the other
- An affinity for sport and enthusiasm for the sports business (knowledge of golf is not essential)
- Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
- Independent, careful and structured way of working
Your tasks will include
- Assistance in the management of our golf hotel
- Activities in the Golf ProShop
- Participation in events such as golf tournaments
- Independent development of the theoretical study content
- Writing a Bachelor’s thesis under professional supervision

- The dual Bachelor’s degree course in Sports Business Management is aimed at anyone who would like to combine an internationally recognized academic degree with in-company training in the sports industry.
- The theoretical course content is taught via specially prepared course books and supplemented by multimedia teaching methods such as online lectures, online tutorials and online exercises. Selected modules include attendance phases that provide students with important practical knowledge and enable them to interact with industry experts and fellow students.
